Nord Pool, Europe’s leading power market, delivers efficient, simple, and secure physical power trading to our customers including in-house clearing and settlement services. We offer trading in the Day-Ahead and Intraday trading across Nordic, Baltic, UK and Central & Western markets.

We provide daily clearing and settlement services in five currencies (EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, and DKK). The annual gross value of physical power traded on our platforms in 2019 was NOK 210 Billion, while as of December 2019 the total collateral requirement in respect of participants was NOK 5.0 Billion. 

We are based in Oslo and our main responsibilities are Risk Management, Business Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, VAT and Taxes. Additionally, our team is responsible for a range of internal services such as pension, insurances, invoicing and property management.
