We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to complement our software development teams in Keilaniemi, Espoo. Your responsibility will be the Scrum Master role in one or two mid-sized software development scrum teams that develop our power exchange platforms and clearing and settlement system. You’ll be working closely with our Product Managers who are experts of the power exchange domain. Besides hands-on Scrum Master work, you’ll also participate in the continuous development of our agile processes. Your other tasks including using your expertise for mentoring your junior colleagues and taking part in other interesting projects.

It’s important that you have a background in software development (either as a developer, tester or some other applicable role) so that you’ll understand what the teams you’ll be working with are doing. You are an expert in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and tools that support those. You've been swimming in the deep end and survived many tough situations with flying colors. Experience with being in a Scrum Master role for multiple teams is preferred.

You believe in continuous improvement of processes and want to take part in developing them. You can communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

You are a proactive team player but can also excel when working independently. You have lots to give and want to share your expertise with others. You're interested in continuous learning and keeping yourself up-to-date. You are friendly and fun to work with. You have a professional attitude towards work and are true to your word. You know your strengths and they support you in your work. Quality and high standards are important to you in everything you do.
