As a Technical Account Manager your work will be varied and commercially focused.

Your tasks:

  • Work closely with our ISV partners to ensure Nord Pool further develop and grow a compelling partnership programme for ISVs in European countries.
  • Work closely with customers and service them with benefits of the full suite of Nord Pool APIs and new tech solutions, including pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Analyze customers’ needs and focus on how to improve, to meet their requirements.
  • Make sure we continue to develop in a customer-oriented way with regards to technology and choice of solutions.
  • Contribute to securing Nord Pool as the most efficient and customer-oriented power exchange, including smooth and timely deliveries of products and services to our customers.
  • Apply your digital mindset and modern analytical tools to identify and validate business needs (alongside Digital Office colleagues) and supply key insight that help grow our business.
  • Address API related queries from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure API performance is constantly measured, maintained, and improved upon.

Your Profile:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical account manager or similar, and perhaps also within sales.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience .
  • Commercial and ambitious, with a particular interest in the intersection between people and technology.
  • Familiar with software development and modern development practices.
  • Energetic and service oriented, with a customer mindset.
  • Independent and team oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English in addition to one European language. German language would be appreciated. Nordic language is not a requirement.
  • You have completed higher education within IT, engineering, energy, or economy.

As our new colleague you will belong to one of our core offices, however home office can be considered. Some travel will be expected in this role.
