I'm Stig Åhman, born in Sweden and work at the Stockholm Office as Market Manager for Sweden and Denmark.

What do you like most about your job?

To meet different customers with different needs and skills.

What is the hardest part of your job?

To keep up with the developments in the industry.

What is the best thing about working in Nord Pool?

Nord Pool is an open organization where you can do it your way as long as you deliver.

What is the most exciting challenge you have had during your time at Nord Pool?

To lead the project to divide Sweden into four bidding areas back in 2011.

What motivates you?

All our great customers and all my great colleagues.

What do you think about working in the energy sector?

It's a wonderful mixture of conservatism and a high-speed developing industry. It's nice to be in a sector that develops and changes continuously.

How would you describe your co-workers?
